Dmoney Policies are written to ensure a set of protocols and procedures exist to address a specific set of objectives. The objectives are set per strategic initiatives and designed to address key Business, Engineering, IT, Finance, HR, and Operational areas.

All Dmoney policies are owned established and guided by committees. All committees are formed per Dmoney Committee establishment protocol and members and roles chosen accordingly. Committee meets per protocol to review Reports and findings and address issues and changes.

Every Policy is to be accompanied by an Implementation Plan and Audit and Test Plan. These include procedures and Forms and Check Lists.

Each committee owns a specific set of policies and establishes the policy, approves, and directs implementation of policy and then engages in continuous monitoring evaluation for any needed changes to the policy and / or implementation. The Audit and Test Plan that accompanies a Policy is used to conduct Review and submit Report to the Committee for evaluation / changes.

This policy outlines the procedures and mechanisms through which users can request the deletion of their accounts and associated data from D Money mobile application. This User Deletion Policy applies to all users of D Money. It encompasses the deletion of user accounts and related data upon request from the user.

  • At Dmoney, our intention is to serve you with the best. Having said that, it is disheartening to see you go. However, we are here to help you out with any of the concerns faced by you. We are always committed to resolve all your concerns. But If you wish to delete/close your account and not use any of Dmoney services, following is what you need to know:
  • If you want to close your account, be sure you do not have any balance.
  • Before Closing your Dmoney Account Make Account Balance 0.0
  • To close Dmoney account, you need to make sure that the Dmoney account balance is exactly 0.0
  • Request Submission: Users who wish to delete their accounts and associated data from Dmoney mobile application can do so by submitting a formal request through an email at [support@dmoney.com.bd] with the subject " User Deletion Request for Account [Mobile Number]"
  • Verification: To ensure the security and validity of deletion requests, we may require users to verify their identity. This verification process may involve providing certain personal information or completing additional security steps to confirm the identity of the requester.
  • Account Deletion: Once the user's identity is verified, we will proceed with the deletion of their account and associated data from our systems. This includes personal information, transaction history, preferences, and any other data collected during the user's interaction with our application.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful deletion of the user account, we will provide confirmation to the user through their registered email address or mobile number. This confirmation will serve as acknowledgment of the deletion request fulfillment.
  • While we strive to promptly delete user accounts and associated data upon request, it's important to note that certain data retention and backup mechanisms may be in place to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. However, such retained data will be securely stored and inaccessible for any operational purposes.
  • Exceptions: There may be certain exceptional circumstances where we are unable to fulfill a deletion request in its entirety. Such circumstances may include legal obligations, ongoing investigations, or technical limitations. In such cases, we will inform the user about the reasons for the inability to delete their account and provide any necessary assistance or alternatives.
