We use encryption to help protect your account details and store that information on servers in secure locations. On the web, “https:” and a lock next to the web address is your signal that encryption is on.
Your account is protected by password and each transaction is verified by OTP. If you’ve lost your phone or suspect that it is being used in an unauthorized way, you can prevent your phone from accessing your Dmoney account. Just go to Dmoney app from a new device > Settings > Security and remove the old device associated with your phone. When you remove the old device, you’ll be signed out of the app on your phone.
Dmoney is designed for sending money to other Dmoney accounts or make payments in any of its merchants or purchase services that you need. Please note some of the services in Dmoney app is provided by 3rd party supplier or some services you avail by paying through Dmoney app may not be protected by buyer or seller protection. Users are advised to use their discretion while paying through Dmoney.
